1. Necessary and Functional Records
The consent record remembers your choices for 180 days. Dates and guest numbers you select may be remembered in your browser to support the booking tool. Exchange-rate data is cached briefly; these records are not used for visit analytics.
2. Analytics Cookies
Google Analytics loads only when activated on the production domain and you allow “Visit analytics”. No Google Analytics tag or measurement ping is sent before consent. Analytics permission is not used as permission for personalised advertising.
3. External Content and Separate Services
Maps, weather and exchange rates work as site functions. Map and weather providers’ own privacy practices apply. The newsletter form, when activated, has a separate form preference. Closing the notice with × or choosing “Continue without analytics” does not grant Google Analytics permission.
Elektra Web’s booking and membership environment opens separately for the booking service you request. This site’s preferences do not control cookies in Elektra’s own environment. Promotional email subscription is also separate from cookie consent.
4. Browser Storage Inventory
nilufer-consent-v1: first-party local storage; permission categories and choice timestamp; valid for 180 days.
saved_checkin, saved_checkout, saved_adult, saved_child, saved_child_ages_map: first-party local storage remembering selected booking details; may remain until browser data is cleared.
nilufer-currency-api-v2: first-party local storage for daily exchange-rate caching. Current data is used briefly; older data is considered only as a last-known rate during service outages.
_ga and _ga_*: first-party analytics cookies used only if Google Analytics is activated and analytics permission is granted; visit statistics; up to 180 days. They are not created on the test site.
5. Changing Preferences
Make your choice in the notice shown on your first visit and change it later using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Rejecting optional records does not prevent access to the hotel’s core pages. You can also delete site data in browser settings.
