This notice explains how personal data is used in Nilüfer Otel’s website, booking and newsletter services.
The name “Servet Tursun / SET Yapı İnşaat — Nilüfer Otel” used in this notice is provisional; the hotel management must confirm the legal name of the person or company.

2. Data, Purposes and Legal Grounds
Identity and contact details, stay dates, guest numbers and transaction information may be processed for reservations and accommodation, to enter into or perform a contract, meet legal reporting duties and protect relevant rights. Only the necessary data and appropriate legal grounds are used for each activity.
Information you provide by phone, email or WhatsApp is used to answer your enquiry and provide the requested service. The website does not have a separate contact form.
3. Newsletter and Promotional Emails
When the newsletter form is activated, your email address will be used for news and offers only with your separate subscription and promotional-message permission. Cookie preferences or a hotel booking do not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.
You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting info@niluferotel.com.tr. Provider setup, permission and unsubscribe procedures will be completed before the newsletter service is activated.
4. Elektra Web Booking and Membership
Online booking and member registration take place in Elektra Web’s separate booking environment. Your selected dates and guest numbers are passed to that system. Please also review the privacy, cookie and transaction terms shown during membership, booking and payment.
5. Visit Analytics and External Services
Google Analytics will be used for visit statistics only when activated on the production domain and you allow visit analytics. No analytics data is collected on the test site. Google Search Console is planned for monitoring search visibility; its verification does not place analytics cookies on visitors.
Google Maps and weather load as normal page functions. When activated, the newsletter form loads according to your separate form preference. Connections to external services may send technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, to the provider. Their own privacy notices also apply.
6. Sharing and International Transfers
Data may be shared with providers needed to deliver the service and legally authorised bodies under the applicable legal conditions. Google, newsletter and communication services may process data abroad. Active providers, transfer mechanisms and retention periods must reflect the hotel’s actual contracts and practices; this notice alone is not permission for an international transfer.
7. Retention and Data Security
Personal data is retained for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and applicable legal duties. When the processing grounds no longer apply, deletion, destruction or anonymisation is carried out as required. Retention varies by data type and service.
8. Your Rights and Requests
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, obtain information about processing, learn its purposes and recipients, request correction and, where the conditions apply, request deletion. You may also exercise the other rights provided by law.
Submit requests in accordance with the legal procedure in writing to the hotel address, or to info@niluferotel.com.tr from an email address previously provided to and registered with the hotel. Requests are assessed as soon as possible and within 30 days.
